Our Mission Statement
Memorial Hospital is committed to meeting the health needs of the Mt. Washington Valley and surrounding communities by serving with our community partners in the provision of accessible, comprehensive, compassionate, and quality healthcare.
Through the strategic planning process, Memorial Hospital identified the following strategic priorities to help measure the effectiveness and appropriateness of our actions:
- To create a culture designed to achieve and sustain the highest levels of service excellence through a dilligent focus on overall quality and the safe delivery of care for our patients.
- To strengthen existing service lines and to develop clinical programs which further meet the healthcare needs of the community through service line expansion and increasing Memorial Hospital's catchment area.
- To assure financial viability by meeting full financial requirements.
- To develop an engaged team of employees and providers motivated by and involved in their work / profession. The team is devoted to the organization's mission with a focus on service excellence.
- To foster a positive public image of the organization and the hospital brand through two-way communication with internal and external stakeholders; to develop and implement marketing plans for hospital services, programs, and related businesses.
- To develop a partnership with other healthcare providers and agencies aimed at meeting and enhancing overall community healthcare needs through the successful delivery, seamless provision, and access to quality care.
- To position Memorial Hospital for long term success via the development of a healthcare delivery model in conjunction with our strategic partners that fulfills healthcare reform initiatives.
