Leona Cloutier, Nurse Practitioner is Accepting New Patients

Memorial Hospital announced today that Leona Cloutier, ARNP, who is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in family practice, is accepting new patients.  Cloutier, who received Memorial Hospital’s “Spirit of Service Award” in 2008, graduated with highest honors from the William F. Connell School of Nursing at Boston College in May of this year.  Cloutier holds office hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of each week from 8:30AM to 4:00PM.  To schedule an appointment, or for more information, call (603) 356-5472.
