Welcome to Primary Care at Memorial Hospital

Serving the Mt. Washington Valley Since 1978

Primary Care at Memorial HospitalThe providers of Primary Care at Memorial Hospital have been serving the Mount Washington Valley since 1978. We are a multidisciplinary group of Family Practitioners and Surgeons, with subspecialists in Diabetes, Endocrinology, Oncology, and Urology. We offer an array of health services for prevention and treatment of acute and chronic illness for all age groups in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Our Diabetes Center provides consultative and ongoing care for patients with diabetes, pre-diabetes, and other endocrine disorders. The Diabetes Education Program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association as meeting the national standards for diabetes self-management education. The specialists at the Diabetes Center work as a team (endocrinologist, nurse practitioner, registered dietitian, and diabetes educators) to assist primary care in meeting the American Diabetes Association standards of care.

Our Family Practitioners, along with our Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, offer complete care from newborns to geriatrics, following standards of preventive care as outlined by the American Academy of Family Practitioners and the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force. Services also include intensive care and coronary care, exercise stress testing, echocardiography, acupuncture, and musculoskeletal manipulation.

Our surgical service provides outpatient and inpatient general surgery, endoscopies, laparoscopic surgery, and minor surgical outpatient services. We also offer subspecialty care in oncology, endocrinology, and inpatient and outpatient urology.

Walk-in services are provided weekdays and weekends.

Primary Care at Memorial Hospital is dedicated to the health needs of your entire family.
